Order Processing Time

In general we would require between 3-5 business days to process orders and dispatch for shipping.

 

Made-To-Order Items

As Made-To-Order items will only be made upon order confirmation, please allow up to 2 weeks for the order to be ready for dispatch. If the item is mixed with In-Stock items, you could indicate whether to combine the shipment with the Made-To-Order item when it is ready, or to separate them during check-out.

 

Local Delivery (Singapore)

We offer SingPost normal untracked mail and tracked smartpac or Ninja Pack for deliveries within Singapore. Delivery typically takes around 1-3 business days. A tracking number will be provided if you have selected delivery options that are trackable. We will not be liable for any lost package sent via non-trackable options. Please note that delays are often expected during peak and festive seasons.

 

International Shipping

We deliver with SingPost standard untracked airmail and International Registered Mail for all international orders (except UK & EU, see below). A tracking number will be provided. Please note that the transit time for each region may vary and delays are expected during festive seasons.

 

UK & EU Customers

Due to the new VAT changes, we have temporarily suspended shipping to the UK and countries in the EU until further notice.

 

Order Cancellation

We do not allow cancellations, so please ensure that you check your final order before confirmation and payment.

 

Return Policy

All items are checked prior to delivery. If your items arrive damaged, or have any defects, please contact us within 7 days (or 14 days for international orders) from the date of purchase with photograph(s) of the items involved. We will get in touch with you shortly to facilitate any exchanges or refunds. No exchanges or refunds will be entertained after the specified duration.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@risucraft.com. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
